Waylon co-founded First Serve Partners in 2016 and serves as Managing Partner. The former #1 ranked junior tennis player in the United States, Waylon attended the University of Miami, where he co-founded the GR8 Group, an innovative company that is dedicated to designing and customizing the most exclusive experiences the world has to offer. GR8 quickly grew to the leading business in its space creating one-of-a-kind experiences in the ultra-high-end luxury travel industry for their private and corporate clients.

At First Serve Partners, Waylon led an investment in Splyce, one of the world's top eSports organizations, serving on the board before they were acquired and subsequently taken public. Waylon led the launch of the firm’s emerging markets vertical, investing in over a dozen early-stage Latin American technology companies. Waylon serves on the board of directors of the GR8 Group, Splyce, and the Miami Venture Capital Association.
